Awakening Cycle – I went to Chakradance with no idea what it was.  I was in the middle of an Pandemic and it was a safe way to get out and do something new.  So I was in! Every dance opened something new in me, it was a journey where I grew in self-understanding and in seeing the bigger universe around me.  At first, it was more of a simple meditation, but each consecutive class broadened my ability to look out and look in.  During the last gathering, where we looked at all our mandala art spread around us, I was shocked to discover the interconnected journey of each of the dances.  The mandalas showed a clear narrative of my growth. Again I started with no idea what Chakradance was about, I’m not particularly spiritual.  But, I gained self-kindness and a glimpse of what it is to travel the universe. I absolutely recommend Lauren as a Chakradance Facilitator.  She puts so much love and attention into the sacred space she creates for each Chakra.  Drenched in the color and details of each Chakra makes it fun and sets you up for a new message.  She is a natural facilitator, she takes careful care of each of us as we open ourselves up in these Chakradances.  She created a safe place to let go and gentle guidance as we learned from what we experienced.  Pamela Schneider

Awakening Cycle – I was so excited to take this course!. As a bodywork and energy healer any time I can explore ways to bring the body into balance, I’m ready to explore. Lauren created an extremely safe space – large room, each person having their own area to move, dark yet little candles everywhere, a beautiful alter expressing the Chakra we were exploring. The music really helped to move through the body. Lauren is gifted in her ability to guide the meditation, which is exactly what Chakradance is…a moving meditation. Finally, at the end we did some personal artwork which helped to integrate the work. This class was fun and spoke to all my senses. Its very dreamlike. Thank you Lauren!
